Description
Original English ironstone crock dated the early 1900’s discovered in England. This crock is a one time use only crock and all of those years ago they were thrown in the trash when the product inside was gone. Because they are made from iron stone they do not burn so they lay in wait to be discovered years later. These discoveries are treasured and proudly displayed in our homes.
The labeling on this ironstone container is original to the piece. It was unearthed and found exactly as you will receive it.
This piece has slight staining across the top a little crazy more towards the back top and bottom and no visible cracks or chips. This has Newcastle stamped on the bottom and it looks like the word malinc stamped in the bottom as well but I can hardly make it out. This is a piece to treasure for sure!
It measures 3 3/4 inches tall by 3 1/2 inches across.
