No Sew Christmas Sweater Bag

December 15, 2016 by Tami Loves

I recently ran through Goodwill looking for a red cable knit sweater. Of course I was unable to find exactly what I was looking for but I did stumble across a sweet red sweater with sparkles. I brought the sweater home, cut the sleeves off, Cut the neck off, then turned it wrong side out. Then I took my hot glue gun and glue and everywhere that I had cut and then turned it back to the right side out. Then the top of the sweater becomes the bottom of your bag and the bottom of the sweater becomes the top. I wrapped some pretty ribbon around the waist band which is now the top of the bag and stuffed it with a little tissue paper. My sweater bag is now part of my kitchen table decor.

TAMI’S TIPS

February 18, 2016 by Tami Loves

Tami’s Tip #1:   Displaying items in threes is best as it represents the union of mind body and spirit. (Whenever it’s possible you should display things in uneven numbers.) A grouping of three or five look the best. And staggering the height is even better.
